Below select, download (if needed), and setup (if needed your username, phone number, or email), or login using one of the following Online Video/Audio Chat Services:
5 minutes prior to session, the therapist will attempt to contact client via the online system client provided. If therapist was not supplied with the correct platform and user information to reach patient, the therapist may reach out to you via your email address or phone number (if you have listed a phone number on file in your account). If therapist is unable to reach you, and you do not answer the pre-video session, or the video therapy session itself, and therapist is unable to contact you within the session time, note that there are NO REFUNDS for missed sessions. An email will be sent notifying you. If you respond stating the reason for not being available, and the reasons is due to has extenuating circumstances, i.e. wifi connection in your area was out, and said reason can be verified, it is at the discretion of the organization to determine if another session will be allowed in place of the session missed. If NSC determines that the reason, or if patient does not provide needed proof; the session will be considered a Canceled without Cause, and no refund or exchange of session time will be granted for that session. Client will be permitted to order a new session at cost, if client misses that session, client will no longer be allowed to have therapy through NCS.
Any session missed due to therapist or organization, which are rare, but if circumstances are not of the clients fault, first NCS will contact client, explain circumstances, and work to find an available time for the session to be held. (NOTE: NCS will set that time in conjunction with client. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW SESSION OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A NEW SESSION)
